Institutional abuse
We represent men and women who experienced abuse as children in claims for compensation against government and non-government organisations.
Institutional abuse can occur where children are placed in the care, supervision or control of others. This may include abuse suffered in schools, while in the care of government departments, in youth detention centres, or within religious organisations.
We can assist you to understand your legal options and advise you about your rights to pursue compensation.
Professional Negligence
Have you trusted in a legal professional and suffered negligence or malpractice resulting in a financial loss?
Professional negligence occurs when the services you receive from a legal practice fall below the required standard. If the legal practice has failed to meet the duty of care it owes to you, it may be liable for damages and you may claim on this basis. Failing to fulfill a client’s hope or expectation does not in itself count as professional negligence.
If you believe a legal practitioner’s action/s have caused you financial loss or damage, seek legal advice. Professional negligence claims are complex and unique to each person’s circumstances.
