Diana is deeply driven to delivering value-based legal professional services that exemplify fairness, respect and professional integrity. Her passion for bringing justice to communities has led her to establish Hawken Roussi Law. Her practice focuses on representing victims of neglect, abuse, trauma and serious injury. 

 

Diana's career has seen her occupy multiple leadership positions, with an exclusive focus on compensation litigation matters.  Her roles included Managing Director of Civil Litigation at a specialised Brisbane law firm for more than a decade. Diana is extensively experienced in claiming compensation for victims of serious injury and neglect. 

 

Diana’s competencies bridge the gap between complexities that exist in our legal system and meeting the needs of those who require access to it the most. She recognises that all cases require empathy, deep understanding and a broad multi-disciplinary approach. She takes into account a variety of needs and responds beyond the base measures of those required in a compensation legal framework. Her claim processes are responsive to the impacts of complex trauma and the sensitivities of each individual's circumstances.

Tori was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023, however commenced her career with Hawken Roussi Law in 2021. Tori has a keen interest in complex abuse law and works with Diana Roussi handling Institutional Abuse and Road Accident Claims.

Tori approaches matters with curiosity and enjoys the challenge of gathering objective evidence whilst also taking a pragmatic approach to resolving complex historical matters.

Gemma was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2025 and joined Hawken Roussi Law in 2024. She brings a strong commitment to justice within the personal injury sector, with a particular passion for advocating on behalf of survivors of abuse. Under the tutelage of Diana Roussi, she is continually expanding her knowledge in this evolving and complex area of law, and approaches every case with sensitivity,  professionalism and empathy.
